Dec. 17, 2008 (China Knowledge) - Guangdong Nuclear Group announced on Tuesday it will issue RMB 2.9 billion short-term bonds with a maturity of 365 days on the interbank market on Dec. 24, market sources reported. </p]
The company said in a statement that this batch of bonds will be issued at the face value and the yield will be determined in the process of book building. </p]
Both value date and payment due date will start from Dec 25, and the proceeds from the issuance will be used to reduce financing costs, according to the company. </p]
China Cheng Xin International Credit Rating Co Ltd has rated the issuer and the bonds AAA and A-1 respectively. </p]
China Development Bank and the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China<601398><1398> have been assigned as joint major underwriters for the issuance. </p]
