This creamy secretion
Kidney stones are caused when urine is excessively concentrated and contains crystal forming substances like uric acid Cheap Dmitry Kulikov Jersey , oxalate and calcium. Concentration of urine and absence of substances which prevent crystallization may lead to formation of stones which may affect kidneys, urinary tract and bladder. No definite cause is there for formation of these stones.
This disease may not cause any permanent damage. If the stones are smaller in size, they can be easily passed through urine by drinking plenty of water. Preventive measures can be suggested in case the risk of recurring is higher.
Symptoms: - Symptoms become evident when the stones move into kidney or ureter.
1.Abnormal smell or color of urine 2.Brown, pink or red urine 3.Pain during urination 4.Pain spreading to groin, lower abdomen and back. 5.Pain below the ribs 6.Persistent urge of urination 7.Fever and chills 8.Frequent urination 9.Nausea and vomiting
If the kidney stone becomes higher is mass or changes its location, there is change in intensity or location of pain.
Types:-
Understanding the type of Kidney stone is essential to determine its cause and course of treatment.
1.Calcium stones: - Most of the Kidney stones are a result of calcium oxalate saturation in the blood. High intake of vitamin D, metabolic disorders and intestinal bypass surgery are leading factors causing calcium oxalate saturation. These stones may also occur on account of calcium phosphate.
2.Strauvite stones: - These stone are formed when the body is invaded by any infection especially urinary tract infection. These stones grow quickly and often produce no symptoms till they become larger.
3.Cystine stones: - In some cases, a rare hereditary disorder known as cystinuria is responsible for excessive secretion of certain amino acids which form the stones.
4.Uric acid stones: - Risk factors for this type of stones include insufficient intake of fluids, gout, high protein diet and certain genetic factors.
5.Other stones: - Sometimes, other types of kidney stone can occur. They are often rare in nature.
Risk factors:-
1.Age: - This disease is often seen in adults who belong to age group 40 and higher.
2.Sex: - This disease is more commonly observed in men.
3.Genetics and Family history: - Risk of developing Kidney stones increases substantially if it is present in family.
4.Dehydration: - Not drinking sufficient fluids or loosing so much of fluids cause dehydration. It increases uric acid quantity in urine which may lead to stone formation.
5.Diet: - Higher dietary intake of salt, sugar and proteins may increase risk of developing certain types of stones. Too much sodium in the blood makes kidneys to overwork and thus reduce their filtering ability.
6.Obesity: - Obesity, High BMI and large waist size have been linked with this disease.
7. Digestive diseases and intestine bypass surgery: - Surgery of gastrointestinal diseases like chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease can affect the process of absorption of calcium and water in the body, thus increasing the risk of stone formation.
8. Other diseases:- other diseases and medical conditions like cystinuria, renal tubular acidosis, urinary tract infection and hyperparathyroidism may cause this disease. Some medications are also possible risk factors. When a powerful stench wafts from a man’s midsection, it can be a major source of embarrassment. As bad as manhood odor may be when the member is safely behind a pair of trousers, imagine how much worse it will be when the manhood is freed from confinement. Does that sound like the kind of situation that will inspire a partner to invite the member over for entertainment? Practicing appropriate male organ care is essential for combatting manhood odor, but it also pays to know the cause. One of the causes may not be so obvious: trichomycosis pubis, a condition that primarily affects the hair shafts of the manhood and sacks.
What it is
Trichomycosis more frequently develops in the armpits, but it can also make a home in the male organ area, hence the designation of “pubis” in the name. It’s a mouthful of a name, but what exactly is it?
“Tricho” is a term referring to hair; “mycosis” tends to refer to a fungal infection. Thus it would seem that trichomycosis would be a fungal infection of the hair. But the name is deceiving. Trichomycosis does indeed affect the hair, but it is a bacterial infection, not a fungal infection.
In trichomycosis pubis, an issue develops in the pubic hair of the male member andor sacks. Hair shafts leading to sweat glands become covered with sticky nodules, typically of a yellow, black or red hue. This creamy secretion clings to the hair, forming small clumps.
What it does
The nodules are bacterial-based, derived from bacteria in the sweat which pours out, travels along the hair shaft and congregates there. Not all bacteria cause the condition, only specific members of the cornebacterium family.
When these guys get together and create the clumps, they also often bring with them an intense urge to scratch. They can cause some redness to appear on the skin near the base of the hair follicles, creating a rash-like condition.
In many instances, trichomycosis pubis is accompanied by an overwhelming stench. This is due to both the nature of the bacteria involved, the over-accumulation of these bacteria in a small area and the heat-and-sweat conditions that are typically associated with the midsection. In a man already inclined to manhood odor, this ca.
