Winnington was established in 2000 as a spin-off from Winnington Metal Group, specializing in manufacturing of investment casting and faucets(by silicasol lost wax casting process) in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel etc. It is located in Huizhou city with very convenient access to Hongkong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen airports. Under the investment of 50 Million HKD, occupying an area of 26,000 square meters, the factory now has 8 workshops and nearly 500 staffs, including 15 technicians and engineers, which make it possible to reach an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons for precision investment casting parts(including stainless faucets). Winnington Casting has successfully established its own brand of stainless steel faucet - VERSARON in 2005 after gainning rich experience of stainless steel casting for sanitary products for its mother company.
Winnington is equipped with a large scale of energy-saving & environmental-friendly foundry and CNC machining equipments, as well as production lines of stainless faucets to cater to the need of growing business. Besides, we have advanced inspecting instruments such as Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, and Impact tester for Chemical & Physical Analysis, and 2D projector, CMM to assure dimensional precision.

Brass Vs. Stainless Steel Faucets
Brass and stainless steel faucets each have their own advantages. Brass and stainless steel faucets are both popular options to give kitchens a classic, clean look. Depending on what a homeowner wants stylistically and practically, either option could be the best choice.
Durability
In order to preserve their noticeable sheen, brass faucets require more work(chrome plating) than stainless steel faucets(just polished), which do not appear to age over time. Stainless steel faucets are also more durable and scratch resistant.
Appearance
Stainless steel faucets look very sleek and modern, but they do not have the shiny appeal of chrome plated faucets. Both are attractive options, but chrome faucets are flashier.
Cleaning
Most kitchen cleaners work efficiently on stainless steel faucets. Brass material contains Pb unavoidably. The brass faucets on market just keep it under a certain percentage that allowed by FDA.While stainless steel material does not contain any Pb. Due to the shortage of brass casting process,the inner surface of a brass faucet is rough and accumulates dirt and bacterium.Stainless steel faucets are manufactured by precision investment casting, thus the inner suface is much smoother and cleaner.
Environment
Stainless faucets does not need coatings thus save the pollution that plating process would cause.Brass faucets have to be plated by nickel or chrome etc,otherwise it will rust soon(generate verdigris).
Cost
